It didn’t seem racist. I think he was just coming out and stating his preference for white men.
Not racism, but some persons may interpret what he says as a declaration of white and male supremacy. Ambiguity is not tolerated in racism or sexism, and even if drunk, that attitude doesn’t add innocence or charm to his words necessarily.
