1). The decision in the baker’s case wasn’t based on his refusal of baking a cake for the gay couple, but that the lower courts discriminated against him. That’s why it doesn’t set precedent for future cases where people refuse service against gay couples.
2). Why couldn’t YouTube have immediately screened the ad content?!? They seem to screen our video content quickly enough to determine if they violate their ToS overnight. It shouldn’t have taken them all month to remove the ads! I’m pretty disgusted that they even allowed the ads to be placed on their platform, at all! I support the LGBTQ+ community and don’t want those ads on my videos, either!

Who cares about shit like that. People over react it’s there website don’t like it get your gay ass out of it.
Being part of the community myself, it’s pretty scandalous to hear. Good thing I’m not monetized… yet.
Destiny Gamer yet… more like never.
As a gay man all I can say is if I don’t have to buy from them then they don’t have to sell to me and I would rather take by business elsewhere.
I’m a gay guy that will never agree with suing someone that refused to make a bouquet. Just find another florist, just find another baker, stop being so petty about it
Kohl Kovet not the point of the video but I agree. I’d prefer if racist and homophobic establishments to be upfront so I can avoid them
The people that run this are so narrow minded
