How stupid can you be??! wtf that’s not being stupid IT FUCKING SAID 42m… -_-
I hope they get sued for every last penny.
The Casino brought this upon themselves. If they tried harder than a steak dinner this lawsuit wouldn’t even exist. This offer was an insult and they reap what they sowed. I say sue these crooks because that’s what they are.
people LOSE SO MUCH FKIN MONEY on these machines….of course the casino must pay up
internet got you girl
HAha. All machines say that pays can be negated at any time. No pay is actually guaranteed due to the warnings on them.
Penny Pincher
they better pay, or they will get their assed sued hard
Amanda L well that soooo unfair cuz nobody who spent money on it and didn’t win got their money back so it’s an obvious scam
Cindy Forster naw. Machines have malfunction warnings on them that say if a malfunction happens the pay is negated.
Here’s the thing. If they can prove that it was a glitch then that shows that they have some way to monitor and potentially control their own systems which is illegal.
Obviously they can’t pay her 42 million dollars. They can’t afford to pay someone that much money. However, she still won. They can’t say she didn’t, it’s right there. The glitch was that it showed too much money but she still won the jackpot. So they should have just given her the biggest prize available from that machine. It’s only fair. And since they didn’t offer that to her she should have just sued them for that much. She’s crazy if she thinks she’s going to get 42 million now. At this point she’ll probably get nothing. She should have settled. She was aiming too high.
